Bif's Caesar Salad | 190php
This crisp romaine lettuce tossed with their garlic-laced Caesar dressing topped with parmesan-scented croutons is the best salad I've ever tasted. It came as a surprise the first time I tried it. Crunchy and tasty! Yum!
Nacho Stack | 190php
This crispy tortilla chips, chili con carne, mozzarella cheese, jalapeno peppers, drizzled lightly with tasty cream is the perfect starter. It is served with fresh tomato, onion and fresh cilantro salsa.
Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs | 350 per plate serving
Having a mouthful of meaty tenderness (glazed with Bif's signature BBQ sauce), for me, is a definition of an excellent lunch. This comes with fresh buttered vegetables, and corn wheels.
Bif's Grilled Steaks: Rib Eye 790php|Porter House 790php|T-Bone 700php
100% premium US Angus steaks, served with buttered veggies, creamy parmesan mashed potatoes and red wine au jus sauce.
Bif's Classic American Burger: Junior 195php | Half Pound 195php

Layered with tomatoes, sweet onion, crisp lettuce and cucumber.
Choices: junior, half pound or 2 pounds size patty that's 100% US Angus beef, flame-grilled using only special maple, mesquite, or hickory wood chips to capture the unique smoky goodness, stacked on a homemade bakery bun, and generously slathered with fresh Judas sauce. Each is served with large-cut fries.
Pizookie
Oh hey, we meet again! Hehe! This signature dessert of theirs is a pizza con cookie topped with vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate.

ReplyDeleteOh i'm drooling right now! I'm addicted to burgers and nachos and the photos look soo inviting. Too bad we are far from Pampanga, but we get to pass by Pampanga on our way to La Union so maybe we can drop by sometimes..
