Tio Julian's Entra'nte Catering

Last Friday, 29th of January, 2016, I attended the relaunch of Tio Julian’s Entra’nte Catering in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Its founder, Mr. Julian Bautista Manahan, is a San Mateo, Rizal native. His love for good food was passed on and shared by his sons. Dr. Jorge S. Manahan D.V.M., the registered owner, took culinary arts at the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management in Manila to enhance his knowledge and skills in the craft he is passionate about, while Mr. Jonas Manahan, who’s currently the one in charge of the operation, had extensive culinary trainings locally, and in Germany. While residing in Dublin, Ireland, he furthered his skills by enrolling in various culinary courses.

With that kind of background, no wonder Tio Julian’s live up to everyone's expectation – excellent food and service.

Tio Julian’s Catering is a company committed to total client satisfaction beyond their great expectations and moneys’ worth.

To further attest to that, let me share with you these drool-worthy entrees.

On the table:
While waiting for the other guests to arrive, we were provided with 3 types of appetizers. What I liked the most is the one with bacon :)
French Onion Soup
I am not a fan of onion (except for onion rings. Hehe) but this soup, I was able to enjoy and finish.
Mesclun of Green Salads and Seared Scallop with Strawberry and Basil Vinaigrette
Lovely plating, isn't it? The seared scallop was delightfully delish!
Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon with Angel Hair Pasta, Bacon, Tomatoes, Olives, and Fresh Herbs
This was my favorite dish that night. Salmon is love.
Rack of Lamb with Bordelaise Sauce and Mint Jelly on Potato Mash, Caramelized French Beans and Carrots
Braised Quail in White Wine
Nena’s Delight
This is Tio Julian’s Restaurant specialty. There’s ripe mango cut into cubes inside. Yummy!

For years, Tio Julian’s adherence to top notch quality, customer appreciation, and friendly client rapport are additional secrets to its success.

Thank you for inviting us, Tio Julians’. Until next time!
