PreSchool At The Fort

One of the exciting yet tedious parts of being a parent is to choose which preschool your baby will enroll to. Me, I have this habit of attending trial classes to make sure (and compare) that all of the things on my list [yes, I do have a list. Hehe] are met and to also learn a thing or two in teaching my own kid while I informally homeschooling her.

Last Saturday, my Baby Miel and I attended a trial class in the Fort. This invite [Thank you, Mommy May of] actually excites me because according to their website, teachers are well-educated and have impressive credentials. I, personally, think that kids will be in good hands.

As a mom and a blogger, I do appreciate events that promote family day and childcare. Good thing, Baby and Family Expo Philippines, now on its 3rd year, will hold a consumer tradeshow for us. Please read through to know how you can be part of this exciting event this September!

It’s been a while since I last attended a blogger’s event. Living in the suburbs has its perks and disadvantages as well. Sad to say, one of the disadvantages is that I am far from the usual venues of the events that I want to attend. But when I had the opportunity to be part of the SkyCable/SkyLife’s Playback Rewind, I did not pass on the chance. Too bad, Hubby needed to go to work that day. So, it’s a Mommy and Baby weekend fun, instead.

Hello! Today on the blog, I will be sharing my very first entry under the “Toddler Tuesday” portion. Since Honey’s Haven evolved from personal to food & travel and now parenting & lifestyle blog, I guess it’s about time that I post about caring for your toddler (since I have one and would like to document every milestone of Miel as well).

The first topic that I would like to share is how I potty-trained my daughter in less than a week. Yes, you read it right! Curious? Keep reading, dear :)

MUNCH MONDAY: Champas Mexican Grill, SM City Clark

One of the things I like about Pampanga is their food. Though I haven’t really gone through all of the food establishments that offer authentic Kapampangan dishes (but I am planning this in the near future), visiting nearby karinderia and malls are worth the time already. And when Hubby celebrated his birthday last May, we did not go far as we had brunch - Mexican style. Where? Keep reading, dear...

Why, hello there? It’s been a month since I last visited (and posted on) the site. Please pardon my absence. I have been meaning to blog in the past weeks but unable to because of a lot of reasons. Let's just say that the previous month's eventful. hehe!

Speaking of event(ful), well, my daughter attended CWS this morning and let me share her (first) #OOTD on the blog.
