TRAVEL THURSDAY: Marina Bay Sands Hotel

Singapore. It was just a dream vacation before but now it came true. What's even awesome is that we're able to stay at a bonggacious hotel (thank you so much to those people who made it possible. You know who you are). Best travel so far :)

Ever wonder what it feels like to step inside that tall building with a boat-like structure on top of it? If you haven't been to this place, come, take a peek as I share with you our first vacation abroad as a family.

Part 1 of our SG-Malaysia Trip: Our Stay at Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Singapore.
Marina Bay Sands Hotel, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue SG, is said to be the "most spectacular hotel" in Singapore. Why? Because, this 5-star hotel, aside from its magnificent facade, it has 250 high-end stores and over 60 restaurants. Upon entering the lobby, I felt uneasy as I am not used to this kind of place but amazed at the same time because it really is grand!
Hotel Room:

When we entered the room, it has a huge bed plus a jaw-dropping view. The whole family, (we traveled with the whole gang - parents, siblings plus 2 kiddos. I did not include them in the picture as I failed to ask permission if I could post their pics on the web.hehe!) immediately did some photo op. The best part - the veranda :)

Room is equipped with basic toiletries, cabinet for your clothes, small pantry and comfy sofa. This deluxe room is located at Tower 3.
Here's my daughter who enjoyed every corner of it. hehe!

Infinity Pool:
One of the things that we enjoyed the most in our stay is taking a dip into MBS' Infinity pool.
It is said to be the "largest rooftop pool" and offers the best view of the city-skyline. Stunning view indeed from 57 storeys high.

The first attempt to swim, we only spent only less than 30 minutes because it started to rain and hotel employees asked us to return to our room. They mentioned that it is not safe to swim when the weather's like that.
Second attempt (in the morning), it's a success. Yey! MBS really takes swimming to a higher level, literally. hehe!
Fam Pic! My daughter, at first, was afraid but enjoyed it later on.
Aside from taking a dip in the pool, we also enjoyed this super hot but super relaxing Jacuzzi! :)
