03.06.2015 After the HotelQuickly press launch, me and my super friend Dianne of Memet Diaries went to Greenbelt 5 to meet my Hubby. We are also scheduled to meet-up with our other super friend Jenn, we just had to wait for few minutes more as she'll be coming from the office.
When Jenn arrived and to continue the endless chikas and catching up, we all decided to have an early dinner at Recipes.
Recipes is a Filipino restaurant located in Greenbelt 3. It has a modern look and what I like about its interior is the low backrest of the couch (where me and Hub's seated), perfect for slouching while enjoying good food with friends.
On the table:
General's Chicken 225php
This became an instant hit for us. The sweet and spicy sauce definitely added a different twist on this chicken dish. Though you might actually feel that you are eating chicken skin as the chicken were thinly cut, I supposed =) but great, nonetheless.
the famous Gising Gising 185php
Consist of chopped baguio beans, ground pork and special spicy coconut sauce. You can even request how spicy you want it to be =)

Korean Pork BBQ with vegetable sidings 180php / Beef Tapa with Egg 185php
*Both comes with a cup of rice and a glass of iced tea
If you want a quick fix of Filipino food, try Recipes Restaurant. Or if you want to celebrate an evening of friendship, this is a perfect place for that chit chat =)
A special shout-out to my SUPER friend Dianne: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Thanks for the treat =)
